Launched in 2018 by Butter Goods founders Garth Mariano and Matt Evans, Cash Only emerged from Perth's skate scene with a dedication to skateboarding's golden era. Their collections pay homage to the days before digital transactions and YouTube tutorials, drawing heavy inspiration from 90s rap music, film culture, and street fashion. Originally established as a distribution company before venturing into apparel, Cash Only's old-school aesthetic and baggy silhouettes capture an era when skateboarding was strictly offline and authentically underground. Each release channels that same raw energy into contemporary cuts and quality construction.
