Asics Skateboarding Shoes & Footwear

ASICS officially entered the skateboarding realm with specialized footwear designed specifically for the concrete battlefield, drawing from decades of athletic innovation to create skate shoes that balance performance with durability. Their skateboarding line leverages signature technologies like GEL™ cushioning and FF BLAST™ to provide superior impact absorption—translating running science into protection from the repeated shocks of stair sets and handrail battles.

The brand backs their technical approach with a diverse team including legendary technician Gino Iannucci, along with Shay Sandiford, Kieran Woolley, Emile Laurent, Brent Atchley, and Japanese brothers Yuta and Takuya Ishizuka. Their roster extends to include Kyota Umeki, Susie Heath, Evan Wasser, and Luca Hirata—riders putting ASICS' performance heritage to the test across global terrain.

ASICS Skateboarding's collection features standout models including the Gel-Vickka Pro with its tear-resistant construction, the Japan Pro drawing inspiration from classic FABRE™ basketball heritage, the GEL-FLEXKEE™ PRO 2.0 with its 3D molded P-GUARD™ toe protection, and the GEL-SPLYTE™ PARIS engineered for maximum board control. Each model combines rugged durability with strategic cushioning and breathability—footwear built for skaters who demand technical performance without sacrificing style.
